Services
From the first page to the last integration.
Six service lines, though most projects touch more than one. Tell us the problem and we will tell you which of these it actually needs.
Website design & development
The site is usually the first thing anyone sees, and often the last thing anyone maintains.
We design and build sites from scratch — no page-builder sprawl, no theme you are stuck fighting. Built to load fast on a phone in a truck, readable by search engines, and structured so copy changes do not require a developer every time.
- Custom design, built to your brand rather than a template
- Hand-built front end — fast, accessible, no bloat
- Content kept in structured files so text is easy to change
- Contact forms, quote requests, and lead routing that actually deliver
- Redesigns and rebuilds of sites that have aged out
Business software development
When the off-the-shelf tool makes you change how you work, it is the wrong tool.
We build software shaped around your existing process instead of the other way around. Usually that starts with whatever is currently living in a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, or somebody's head.
- Client and customer portals
- Booking, scheduling, and dispatch tools
- Internal dashboards and reporting
- Quoting, invoicing, and job tracking
- Document generation and approval workflows
- Replacing the spreadsheet that everything depends on
Zoho customization
Zoho is powerful and genuinely awkward. Most setups use a fraction of it, badly.
We do implementation, cleanup, and real custom development across the Zoho suite — including the parts most consultants will not touch. If you already have Zoho and it is not working, that is usually a configuration problem rather than a product problem.
- Zoho CRM setup, restructuring, and data cleanup
- Custom modules, fields, layouts, and validation
- Deluge scripting and custom functions
- Workflow, blueprint, and approval automation
- Zoho Creator applications
- Books, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics and cross-app connections
- Migration from another CRM into Zoho
CRM & systems integration
Most businesses already own the right tools. They just do not talk to each other.
We connect the systems you are already paying for so information moves on its own — website to CRM, CRM to accounting, accounting to reporting. The goal is that nobody is retyping the same record into a second system.
- Website and form submissions straight into your CRM
- CRM connected to accounting, invoicing, and payments
- API integrations between platforms with no native connector
- Data migration and de-duplication between systems
- Scheduled syncs, webhooks, and error handling that tells you when something fails
AI business assistants
Useful where it is genuinely useful, and left out where it is not.
We build assistants wired into your own data rather than generic chatbots bolted onto a homepage. The test is simple: does it remove real work from a real person's day?
- Assistants that answer from your documents, pricing, and history
- Lead intake and qualification before it reaches a human
- Drafting quotes, proposals, and follow-ups from your own templates
- Summarizing inboxes, calls, and reports into something readable
- Internal tools your team can ask questions in plain language
Hosting & ongoing care
We keep running what we build.
Everything we build can be hosted and maintained by us, on infrastructure we manage directly. No reselling, no ticket queue, no wondering who is responsible when something goes down.
- Managed hosting with SSL, backups, and monitoring
- Security patching and dependency updates
- Content and copy changes when you need them
- Performance tuning and uptime monitoring
- A direct line to the person who built it
Working together
How engagements work
Every project is scoped on its own, because a five-page site and a Zoho rebuild have nothing in common except an invoice. We do not publish package pricing, and we do not quote before we understand the problem.
Project
A defined build with a fixed scope, a written quote, and a delivery date. Websites, portals, integrations, and Zoho implementations usually run this way.
Ongoing
A monthly arrangement for hosting, maintenance, changes, and continued development. Most clients move here after their first project ships.
Advisory
Short engagements where you need someone technical to assess a system, audit a setup, or tell you whether a vendor's proposal makes sense.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is normal, and it is our job to work out rather than yours. Describe the problem and we will tell you what it actually takes to solve.
